These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Boro Collective website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

"Boro Collective," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Boro Collective. "You" refers to anyone who visits the site or places an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products

All of our apparel is printed to order by a third-party fulfillment partner after you place your order. Because of this:

Product images are mockups. Actual print placement, size, and color may differ slightly from what is shown, and garment colors may look different on different screens.
Garment blanks, sizing, and availability are determined by our fulfillment partner and may change without notice. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
We may discontinue any product or design at any time.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel any order placed at that price and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Sales tax is charged where required by law.

4. Orders and cancellations

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we decline an order, we will refund any payment you made.

Because items are printed to order, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been sent to production, which typically happens shortly after the order is placed. If you need to cancel or correct an order, contact us here immediately and we will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes.

Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address you provided, and replacement orders in that situation are at your expense.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Production time is in addition to shipping time.

Risk of loss passes to you when the package is handed to the carrier. Packages damaged in transit are handled as described in our Return Policy.

We currently ship only to the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Replacements for print defects, wrong items, and transit damage are handled according to our Return Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, text, and images on this site are owned by Boro Collective or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use any of our designs or content without our written permission. Purchasing a product does not give you any rights to the design printed on it beyond personal use of that item.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, submit false information, or use automated tools to access or scrape the site. We may refuse service or cancel orders from anyone who violates these Terms.

9. Third-party services

The site is hosted on Shopify, and orders are fulfilled and shipped by third-party partners and carriers. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or delays of third parties, but we will work with you to resolve problems as described in our Return Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except for the replacement commitments stated in our Return Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boro Collective will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your order will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Rutherford County, Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when the Terms were last changed. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
